Clinical Reference: This formula is often used in treating kidney / heart edema. Effective for senile benign prostatic hyperplasia, bladder / kidney atrophy, frequent or difficult urination, senile dementia, cataract, visual deterioration, forgetfulness, atherosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, sciatica, lower limb numbness, weak foot, menopausal syndrome, dream emission, premature ejaculation, sexual neurasthenia and infertility.

Effection: Harmonizing the stomach and downbearing counterflow; dispersing nodules and eliminating stuffiness.

Indication: Premature use of purgation in cold damage pattern / syndrome - fullness in the chest without pain indicates stiffiness; vomiting induced by cold body; inappetence; gastrointestinal dysfunction; binding of cold and heat; borborigmus and diarrhea; yellow slimy fur.

For phlegm-retained fluid, conbine with Citrus & Pinellia Combination (Er Chen Tang).
For Stomatitis, combine with Sweet Combination ( Gan Lu Yin).

For cold pain of the abdomen, couple with Ginseng & Ginger Comb. ( Li Zhong Tang ). For vomiting and abdominal pain, couple with Pinellia Comb. ( Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang ).
